So, it turns out Cardi B is being sued for "mysteriously" losing her cool and throwing a microphone at some poor soul in Las Vegas. I mean, who hasn't been there - you know, when someone dares to splash a tiny bit of their drink on stage and you're all like, "YOU THINK YOU CAN JUST WET ME LIKE THAT? WELL, WATCH THIS!"

I'm no lawyer, but it seems Jane Doe (yawn) might have had a teensy tiny bit coming. I mean, she did ask for permission to splash water at the concert and then...oops! Splashed just a smidge too much. You know how it is when you're having fun and suddenly someone's all like, "NO, YOU CAN'T HAVE FUN LIKE THAT!"

Anyway, Cardi B allegedly said something about the whole situation feeling good (which, honestly, who wouldn't want to be drenched in water and hit with a microphone? Sounds like a real party) before deciding to channel her inner Hulk and chuck that mic at poor Jane. I'm no expert, but it seems like maybe, just maybe, Cardi B might have been a teensy bit...overreacting?

Now the real question is: did Jane really think she was getting away with this whole "splashing water" thing without some sort of consequence? Newsflash, Jane: when you're at a concert and someone's asking for water, it's generally not a good idea to give them more than just a little splash. But hey, I guess that's what happens when you go to a party without your mom...oops!
